Most are but don't most rumors have truth to them? So why are there also rumors flying around that Sasuke is coming back to Konoha? But why are there also rumors that Tsunade is planing to be tray Kohana? Rumors are still just rumors, many people listen to the rumors and a few even hope that they are true. But there are also villages coming back into the known that nearly everyone has forgotten about. These villages are the ones that came from other lands or even been around since before the known villages where built and where just hidden in their own land. Only those that where born and raised in the village can find the entrance's to the village. In the village there is only darkness during the time that it is daylight outside, but once the moon and stars come out the village gets those light. Because of the total darkness normally the ones that leave the village have to keep out of sunlight until they have built up a useness to the light. If they don't and get too much light they will fall ill. Also their jutsus are the greatest in the dark or moon and star light, but also when fear is great they will be able to use a strong jutsu in the sunlight.
